This particular wall was offered to "urban" artists to give them a platform from which to express themselves....as you can see some are very talented.

I find this a really difficult topic. For me I think it also depends not just on ownership but on what is painted. Personally, I am a fan of Banksy and I do enjoy grafitti art which is original, clever or funny. On the other hand, it drives me nuts when kids just spray their tags everywhere.
