This is what we had for Wish Wednesday Night. Every wednesday, the kids and hubby take turns letting me know what they want for dinner, as opposed to Meatless Monday (which actually replaced Fish Friday, which didn't last long because they wanted a nice fun meal to kick off the weekend). They loved it esp my meatlover baby, Basti! This sure was a hit and is now part of my recipe rotation. Plus so easy to do!
