Hubby always brings back great pictures whenever he gets to eat out in a new restaurant. For the first time, this picture is one that I'm most familiar with and one that reminds me of chinese food at home. Looks yummy! It made me think as well that in spite of living here for almost a year, we have NOT yet tried the authentic chinese siopao. Is this Xiao Mian Bao? I forget now what it's chinese name is. Hmmm...off to find a resto that serves this and try it out.
