To encourage everyone to get their fapiaos or receipts, the government has launched a promotion, much like a scratch and win instant prize on a card. Once you have your fapiao, look for the grey strip at the top right hand side and scratch away. It's either a Thank You or a cash award. This one wins 5rmb. Encash in a bank or from the store where you got this from. Great huh?!
