Tastes exactly like the one back home. Woohoo! Success! It doesn't matter that it was cooked in a stovetop grill. Not at all obvious right? Quite simple marinade too. Mix in the meat for at least one hour before grilling. Juice of 1/2 lemon. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 3 cloves garlic,minced. Ground Black Pepper. Thumbs up from my regulars!
