Datong, Shanxi - These were the choice of dishes from the menu of Tong Sheng, a popular local restaurant where we had lunch on our first day of vacation in Datong. My chinese friend is quite surprised to read it too and is not sure why the english translation came out this way. In any case, we had a good laugh ordering our food! And it was a yummy lunch of lamb BBQ, shrimps, veggies and of course, noodles.
