Durian Pastry Puff
Lunch date with hubby at Tang Palace in Wangjing. It's cantonese cuisine aka dim sum galore - hakaw, steamed pork buns, chicken feet, and others I couldn't name... all good! This durian puff is the highlight for me. Light, flaky and crusty on the outside and sticky gooey soft durian filling inside. How they baked this to look like the real durian fruit boggles the mind!!
