Found a veggie recipe that's a hit at home. Yay! We always have a veggie dish with the main dish and it has always been a challenge for me to come up with a dish that they like. Hooray for this one! All wiped out and no need to nag the kids to finish their veggies or else...I'll have to add more on their plate. Haha!
