I love to eat. I love good food, I love making good food, I love cookbooks and cooking utensils and reading about food. Basically, if it's food-related, I love it. Although, I am uncommonly picky about what I eat, which is kind of odd, considering.
Anyway, Greg and I drove out to this resort in the middle of nowhere to meet my parents, my grandma, and my aunt and uncle for dinner. We've made this a yearly thing, and it's a lot of fun. Mostly because the food is so, so yummy. The restaurant is called Camel Rider's. We're not in a desert or anything, so I'm not quite sure why they named it Camel Rider's. But really, does the name matter when the food is so good? I don't think so.
[I did eat more than a salad and dessert, I just didn't take a picture of it. ;-) ]
