This reminds me so much of the Play-Doh fun factory from when I was little. Except this is so much yummier and you can actually eat it.

We made raviolis for dinner, and they were so good! We decided just to make them from hand (after running the dough through our pasta maker) instead of using the ravioli attachment for the pasta maker, and it worked out really well. I can see that Greg and I will be making these fairly often this winter. =)
