Last year, the eggs were in the nest on May 29, so I don't know if that's a sign that spring was really late this year, or what. I mean, it was, but I don't know if that's the reason for the late eggs or not.
While I love seeing the baby birds, towards the end before they flew away, they had bird mites which got inside the house because the nest is under the roof of the porch in front of the living room windows, which I had open. I'm not looking forward to that happening again this year, but I'll like watching the babies.
