Merry Christmas to us!

Every year for Christmas, we buy one thing together that we both want, instead of buying smaller things. Our first year in our house, we bought a snowblower. While necessary, it's not exactly fun. Last year was our iPod. This year, we decided to get Guitar Hero.

Today was kind of a crazy day. We nearly bought a house, and an hour before I was going to go put down our earnest money we decided not to. We weren't totally in love with the house or the location, but it was a really good deal so we felt bad turning it down, but ultimately, it was the right decision for us. So instead of buying a house today, we bought Guitar Hero. We've been really stressed out lately for a variety of reasons, and this house situation was the tipping point, so we thought we'd go get GH tonight instead of waiting until closer to Christmas. We need the stress relief now, after all.

Unfortunately, the drum set that came with our game doesn't work. What a bunch of crap. So tomorrow we go exchange it.
