I actually took this one on Sunday, but it was just too cold today to go outside and do anything.

Backstory: this is behind one of the restaurants owned by the notoriously short-tempered though talented* local chef Carole Greenwood. I'm assuming that she had been stubbornly parking in the fire lane despite prior admonishments and this is her staff's way of keeping her out of jail while also not getting yelled at. I could be wrong, though.
