I walked into town again today and noticed for the first time how arty the corner of this parking garage across from the market can be

Several hours later here I'm cooking dinner: last week's guanciale, onions, and garlic with today's peppers and some French lentils, and then roast vegetables and rice. Then there'll be some baked apples with cardamom gelato coming up for dessert, shouldn't be too bad. ;)

Of course, elora. We'll pretend it never happened. (But if it's good, I want the recipe!) I got the Le Creuset at a yard sale in Chevy Chase (swanky neighborhood).
