I love the way the light reflects on the book in shot number one. This reminds me of this qoute that I LOVE: Work like you don't need the money. Dance like no one is watching. And love like you've never been hurt.

Very much like your set. I imagine the book to be Gift from the Sea by Anne Morrow Lindbergh, which was read at my wedding (many years ago). Inspirational and romantic.

This is beautiful, Lindy. I love the quote in the first picture, and as always, the lighting and focus are beautiful.

I'm afraid of translating very badly ... a French poet said : inanimate objects (things), have you a soul? Is it the soul of the object taht attracts your glance of artist? or is it you who give a soul to the object?

I love #1 and the thoughts. I am what I am and that's all that I am...isn't that from a kids book? It's going 'round in my head now! Dance? I hurt my back once doing that ;-) but with two granddaughters I'm pretty good at ring-around-the-rosy!

It has been absolutely dreary here so this is just what I needed for inspiration! I am going to go home and do my homework early so I have lots of time to play this weekend. Hopefully I will have something new to post next week. I have so many blogs that have gone unposted because I am just not inspired by my own photos lately... Gorgeous, gorgeous and for the record I love who you are so keep on being you! =)

Very beautiful, dreamy set. I'm glad that the rain inspires you. It makes me reflect inward a lot of the time, although there's not as much "in there" as I'd like these days. I'm glad that you're okay with being yourself. I totally support the belief that you should just be who you are, and trust that the people who are worth knowing will be the ones who appreciate whoever it is that you are... =)
