Happy Canada Day!

An artistic creation to symbolize Canada Day made by my daughter. Quite the artist eh? I just asked her for a Canada Flag or something and this is what she came up with.

Some neat stuff on Canada, most of it I didn't even know. Canadians invented...

- the caulking gun
- the Blackberry phone/email thing
- electric light bulb
- the paint roller
- the Wonderbra
- apple pie (I guess it's now All Canadian, not All American, sorry ;)
- Velcro
- Botox
- the zipper
- green garbage bags

And some interesting info that the Cliff Clavin's amongst us would find interesting...

- The Canada/US border is the longest border in the world
- There are more people in Toronto with university educations than any other city in the world
- Canada has the 2nd largest land mass in the world
- Canada has the longest coastline
- We have 25% of the worlds wetlands
- The average dogsled team can devour a human body in under 3 minutes (ever wonder how they test this? and who would volunteer?)
