This is from last August, when my husband and I were on our honeymoon through southern Colorado. This waterfall is just north of Creede, if you're familiar with the area. It was one of those spur of the moment things--I saw a sign on the side of the road and a few seconds later we were driving down a short dirt road to this waterfall over-look. I'm very glad we stopped, as it was one of the few really nice places I was able to get any photos that day. It was so pretty, it would have been nice to take the short hike down to the bottom of the waterfall and get more shots of it, but I remember it being pretty cold, or windy...or raining? Something.
Anyway, it has me yearning for the summer, for the end of school, for adventures and camping. Maybe I should start planning our End-Of-School-Escape-to-Durango trip. All I have left is this week and next week of classes, turning in papers, and one more presentation, then one final. Plus, next weekend we're going to start moving. I can't wait! I'm anxious to move all my stuff to one place, to live in one place (I sort live here and with my dad, so my stuff is spread out over 100 miles or so), and to be done with school! The day I graduate is also the day we offically will be living in our new apartment, and we're having a party there!
