Having been with company I ended up going to the San Diego Wild Animal Park on my visit not a place I enjoy going. After having seen this wild animals in there natural habitat it hurts my heart to see them caged and fenced in. They look docile bored and some look unhealthy.
However watching children’s eyes and the excitement when they see one of the big five makes it a bit more tolerable hoping they will be educated by there parents as well as learn to respect animals.
Photographing the animals was difficult I did not have a big photo lens as well tried to keep human materials out of the shot with the giraffes, Bontebok’s and Okapi’s. God’s creations are so beautiful especially the pattern of some of the animal I am amazed.

The pictures and the animals/birds, etc. are gorgeous and very, very sad. I have felt like that about zoos for a long time.....hating to see these creatures in captivity. But I've never until now heard anyone else say that out loud.
