Extremely interesting. Here in coastal New Jersey we have gypsy moths whose caterpillars are defoliating hundreds of acres of forests. It comes in cycles, this year being worse than last. There are some areas of the forest that look like January. Years ago, they would spray, now spraying is eco unfriendly so the trees after 3-4 year of no leaves will die. A sad dilemma.

My daughter thinks the picture with all the worms is cute...It will be interesting to see how cute she thinks they are as she gets older..
