One of the things that happens on cruise ships. Someone carves a block of ice into a work of art. Other times they carve fruit and veg!

I've seen some ice carvings before ... they used an electric saw ... what did they use here? Lovely fish, details on the face in the second.

You know I honestly thought these sort of things were all made from moulds! Very nice. I wonder how long they last in the temperatures you are experiencing.
