Black Cat

He's a regular visitor to my garden and arrives most days and rests in various positions, sometimes staying for several hours. I thought at first he was a stray and gave him food but have picked him up and stroked him and he's heavy and well fed. He's been coming for several months and seems unfazed by the fact that the garden 'belongs' to my 3 boys. There is a kind of uneasy truce between them all and no fights have broken out. Cody and Brady are real wimps but it is Ripley- the smallest and usually most nervous, who sometimes gives a little run at 'Fluffy' as I call him but this doesn't deter the intruder who in all respects is the opposite of my 3 cats. Long haired and black instead of short haired and white.
