FYI ... these are NOT enhanced! Only thing added to this shot was a little contrast and a touch of brightness on the white tulips.

This shot kind of cracks me up. Here are our boys trying to look macho amongst the myriad tulips!

It's nasty, and raining ' cats and dogs' (or pigs and chickens as my friend used to say!) here in the Pacific Northwest, and as much as I want to get out and take some really cool shots, I'm settling for looking through my archives and posting some oldies! And this isn't a repost! =)

Many of us are in the throes of Winter and some are longing for Spring already. Here's a little something to look forward to...

These are wonderful. They look positively 3-D! I do think it would be a little difficult to look masculine while surrounded by pink flowers :). The first shot (close crop) is my favorite, I think.

I needed a little sunshine and flowers too! Thanks! Were these taken at the Skagit Valley Tulip Feastival? When I lived in Seattle I went up there a couple of times. It's a little overwhelming . . . but SOOOO beautiful. #2 is my favorite!!! Thanks again.

ah yes - your sons DO look very macho among those tulips! and i love #2 with all those great colors! i keep telling me myself spring WILL come again - although it's only the first full day of winter.... uggggg.

The second one I can't keep my eyes off of. The color just pops off the page. It is so good to see color. I love the look of the snow, but color is so refreshing.

Yep. On same wave length—thanks for posting the myriad tulips. For those of us deep into winter seeing the colour of the tulips is a promise of spring.

Other than that, I love this set. #2 is just bursting with color, and your boys pull off the macho, flower boy pose wonderfully.
