Meine Klapperkiste - my rattletrap

Finally, I am allowed to drive my rattletrap. I don't think I ever had such a shabby car before (not so visible on the photo), but ... it moves and it as A/C. That's more than you can say of most taxis in town. So, in this sense I am priviledged to have it. It certainly was a good temporary solution to have a means of getting around in town, without having to breathe all the exhauste fumes in the obligatory traffic jams.

Endlich darf ich meine Klapperkiste fahren. Ich glaube, ich habe noch nie so ein schäbiges Auto gehabt (ist am Foto nicht so offensichtlich), aber ... es fährt und hat Klimaanlage. Das ist mehr als man von den meisten Taxis in der Stadt sagen kann. Insofern bin ich privilegiert, dass ich damit fahren kann. Es war auf jeden Fall eine gute provisorische Lösung um ein Fortbewegungsmittel in der Stadt zu haben, ohne dass ich die ganzen Abgase in den obligaten Staus einatmen muss.
