This lady is interviewing this puppy (the brown one) and the black and white mongrel is adopted from our kennels a few months ago

They have also an old Beagle in 14 years old and they said he only has a few months to live because of his tumor, that is why they want to adopt one puppy

She is Lily, a 18 years old mongrel, she is now trying to get used to this wheel chair

Her owner DIY this wheel chair for her, just to let her know they won't give her up

I took this picture a few years ago, Lily was adopted from SPCA since puppy and very sweet

No special things happen in the kennels today, so I have decided to take some happy faces for those who love to smile.

For the last 3 pictures, I would like to share a touching story on my way home from the kennels:

Lily is a mongrel now in 18 years old. She is a good friend of my dog and her owner never thought about put her down because she is really old, they even DIY a wheel chair for her. 3 months ago, Lily felt really bad and couldn't get up for walk, then she took 3 days to overcome and turned better. Recently, she has faced the same problem and this time Lily tried to give up her life and quit eating for 3 days just didn't want her owner to be sad to look at her like that. But they never give her up and now she eats! Today is the the first time she walks with this chair and when I give her some treats, she loves to it too.

I think dogs are really tough about their lives and they won't give up easily, love to share this with you and I pray that she can understand her owner's love so she can live longer with healthy life!

Beagles3 Great great pictures! I love all of the close-up Nose photos!! So many dogs that you all love and care for! You guys are awesome! Taking care of the old ones and the ones with disabilities! I see the old beagle in the one photo. My oldest beagle girl is Penny and she turns 14 next month! Yay for the senior citizen dogs they give as much as love as the young ones! Bless you all for how you help the dogs!!
