This poor Beagle Bugle was never taken out for walks and was made to wear a shock collar to stop him barking. His throat is raw from the electric shocks. Just can't imagine how much he suffered and happy to see him here and now he is safe!

Kennels now have almost 150 rescue dogs, some of them are really lucky are homed within a week's time but the others keep surrendering their dogs.
Poor to see one lovely Beagle are abandoned by a family they are just ignorant. Without knowing the responsibility before buying it from the pet shop, and they never take him for walk as the reason of their apartment is not allowed to have medium/large size of dogs. Then they end up to surrender him after they received a warning letter from the management.
Shame on those who never think about dog's lives and think dogs are like a toy instead of part of their family!
