Frankie was re-homed on 1st Aug at WNP, so happy for him!
Kat and Mark organized a puppy session for the school kids on Saturday at WNP
It is really good to educate the children how to handle pets correctly
They learn how to respect lives and get to know dogs are friends for humans
Kids had a chance to walk them
pet them
and get to know what the dogs need
Maybe they will become volunteers at HKDR in future
to help walking the dogs
or think about to adopt
All the puppies were so cooperative and the kids just loved them
Kids also need to write down what they have learnt from the session
Mark was teaching the kids the 'sit' technique of dogs
Using treats always work
Sally was also showing how the treat works
Well done doggie!
The kids were fast to learn and could handle really well
This gentle pupply even allowed the kid sitting on him, haha
Twenty kids with their parents plus eleven dogs participated in this session, thank you for joining guys!
Vincent was the one who saved Luna (aka Maggie) to HKDR, they would love their two dogs be part of the 2010 calendar, so I went to Yuen Long to take pictures for them
One of their dogs Marty (L) was adopted from HKDR about three years ago
Kennels update: Alexis back to the kennels over the weekend
More kennel dogs are sponsored to be part of the calendar, Bart is lucky to be one of them
and also Cliff. He looks so happy and seems saying thank you to the sponsor
This puppy was adopted at WNP on 1st February
Good to see them again today at WNP, his name is Pepper and he is a big boy
This lady adopted this puppy at WNP on 3rd March
They also come to WNP this afternoon and she named her Dewi
A funny picture of a small Chihuahua and and a big Rhodesian Ridgeback :)
So happy that Frankie is find a new home again hope this time forever home!
