The pilot boat brings the pilots to the ship, to guide it through the westerschelde, because the river is very curvaceous and is considered one of the most difficult to navigate in the world.
It’s amazing to watch the pilots climb upon the ship via a ropeladder. Even when it’s stormy weather!

Ik zie bij meerdere foto's lelijke artefacten. Heb je ze erg gecropt? Ik vind foto 7 het beste. Ik zeg niet het mooist. Ik ben (in mijn herinnering) eerlijk gezegd betere foto's van jou gewend. Gr. Henriëtte
