These macros are amazing Marjorie, I love them all, some I haven't seen myself, the courtship ones are great too :-) Please don't worry about catching up, it only puts unwanted pressure on you .... just take things at the pace you can manage, we all fall behind we are only human. 1# is a Goblet-marked Damselfly (Erythromma lindenii ) 6# - some Longlegged Fly (Hercostomus chetifer I guess..I don't know if it is the same specie in Canada lol) 7# - I've no clue :( It is a beetle for sure... maybe an Aplocnemus sp...why do you canadians have different species? if you were portuguese, I'd not fail one!LOL 10# - blue-ass fly? LOL I don't know why blue, since they are green.. it looks like a Neomyia viridescens to me what do you think? (blue ass fly, maybe because those flies like shit to lay their eggs and larvaes...i know..disgusting..but all in this life is recyclable lool :D) 10# - an ass from a Chrysanthia superba possibly? 11# - I'm sorry..I've never seen this bug before..I've no clue of what it is...maybe a beetle... but i can't say of what :( 12# - Your beauty is a Heliophanus aeneus and they are cute ;) 14# - cute fly. black and gold fly - Chrysopilus thoracicus it is precious! so cute!I really loved it! it's a pity they don't exist in portugal :( neither in europe i'd rather say ahahah now you ask me how do I know it? well...shhh..secret!LOL ;))) onlyricky · 2011-06-17: 19:15
