# 2² + 3² + 4²

As a number, 29 has a lot going for it... who knew? Well, maybe some of you did, but I did NOT.

I was going to say that its a prime number, but Wikipedia seems to have got it summed up nicely! I like the sepia feel of this photo. busybee36 · 2011-11-07: 14:31
How unique. This is very nicely presented. :) karmankwarner · 2011-11-07: 14:40
hahaha i knew about it being the prime sum of consecutive squares but a lot of that other stuff was news to me. nicely researched ????? · 2011-11-07: 14:40
Blimey...... this is way over my head, why can't they just say, ..... 29 is just another number as any other :-)) Anyway, this shot is waaaaay better than that number explanation!!! Oh and so is the song :-) ????? · 2011-11-07: 14:46
A lot of info on this #. Great treatment on this shot! mwbergeron01 · 2011-11-07: 15:03
Well, I didn't know that....but was never much into math! Do know that's a nicely composed image with great tones! lookagain · 2011-11-07: 15:10
 Great. farideh · 2011-11-07: 15:29
Who'd have thought?? Isn't numerology interesting? If you included the next layer of bricks below, would their be 29? Nicely shot Marjorie. stabeez · 2011-11-07: 17:13
How did you ever find out about this? Who knew? I looked at the info link and it is too much math for me! Great photo, though! lukesmom · 2011-11-07: 20:14
 Nice shot! ????? · 2011-11-07: 20:38
Fascinating!!! Also, if you take its two digits (2 and 9) and add them, you get 11. If you add 1 and 1, you get 2. Two is a very good number. And I just have to say one more time. NINE is the BEST number in the world. No matter what you multiply it by, if you take the digits in the sum and add them together and continue adding them together until you get a single digit, the single digit will always be 9. Go ahead. Try it. Here, multiply 9 by 1,642,359 . . . let me know what happens. :o) This is a great shot Marjorie. I like the tone of it. Very nice. liveandletlive · 2011-11-07: 21:33
 awesome textures!!! ????? · 2011-11-07: 21:35
I like these sepia-toned photos you've been posting lately. Amazing what a little warmth can do to a black and white. ????? · 2011-11-08: 07:11
 The math angle is nice too. :) ????? · 2011-11-08: 07:12
