I make a lot of salmon, at least once a week and we were getting tired of it. I've been wanting to make salmon burgers so while I was searching for a recipe, I came across this one.
I have a little bit of an irrational love/hate relationship with Mark Bittman. I can't really explain why. |
I think it's because I found his book really repetitive with itself and the Michael Pollan book I was reading at the exact same time. That's not Bittman's fault. The salmon came out great. His column on the NY Times website is always full of useful information.

Your burgers look so perfectly sculptured, they look like you bought them in the store!! How did you manage that? I have a delicious recipe for salmon burgers, that uses a touch of toasted sesame oil, and they are so good.
