Today was Ted's 65th birthday! It didn't work out for us to go to his party in the evening, but we met him and Sharon for breakfast at a cafe in Burnt Woods on our way to Eugene.
In Eugene we met and brought home Gunel, our guest/family member for the next school year. Gunel (pronounced like gazelle, except w/ an 'n' where the 'z' would be) is from Azerbaijan and will be attending NHS with Tali this coming school year.
