Most smaller sport boats were heading in, since the Coast Guard had closed the bar to boats under 27 ft. I don't know what this commercial fisherman was doing coming in. Full, just done, or was it weather-related return?

It was supposed to be decent weather today and the tall ships, the Lady Washington (which played the "HMS Interceptor" on the original Pirates of the Caribbean movie) and Hawaiian Chieftain were supposed to be arriving in Newport late in the morning.
Unfortunately, the weather was gray and wet and the ships arrived well ahead of the published schedule, so I missed them.
These are the only pictures I got that are really worth looking at at all, and I'm none too impressed with them.
