Hungary starts here

Zsolt ( a friend of mine) have been running his Budapest Daily photo site for more then one year. Couple of weeks ago he got an e-mail from the Editor of a Hungarian touristic portal. Due to the success of Budapest Daily photo they would like to ask him work for them, on the English edition of their website. He said when he went to the Editorial office it was really a strange experience to sit there and to talk while his Budapest DP was running on their laptop in the room. He felt himself like in an American movie. :)

His task is to make the portal more interactive so as a first step Zsolt established a blog related to their website calls Hungary Starts Here blog.

Couple of months ago I’ve started my own blog about the Hungarian foods and beverages, because I think that the Hungarian culinary traditions and specialties are really treasures.
Zsolt liked my site and few days ago he wrote me an e-mail that he would like to open a weekly column on the Hungary Starts Here blog, where I can share my own recipes of Hungarian food and beverages every week .

My column started today.

Zsolt thank you for this opportunity and this point I have to say a special thanks to Jason, because his foodblog inspired me to start my own. (I'm sure lot of you know Jason from here the photoblog community),

Hope from time to time you will follow my new adventure, and sometimes you will not only read, but you will also try out my recipes!

Ps. When Zsolt have started his another blog (Budapest tourist-guide) then I wrote him in my comment, that:
"your Budapest tourist guide is wonderful, and I guess the editors of the most official tourist sites would have to learn from you.
I’m looking forward to seeing your fallowing posts and like mostly your enthusiasms. Please keep it up!"
... and for today he edits a big Hungarian touristic portal :)
