the camera is probably monitoring the door between the apartment and the lawn terrace. I once snapped a picture of the same guy mowing that lawn (he was also wearing white gloves and smoking a cigar at the time ;))

no Edyta, i guess the camera is monitoring the lawn, and it gives an alarm signal if it becomes dry, or grows higher than 2,3 cm :/)
