The diversity of fenestration draws attention to the architectural ambivalence inherent in what looks like an attractive suburban milieu (back and front). The requirement of light entering is juxtaposed with that of a view outwards, and changing qualities of transparency in glass throughout the day and night must give the inhabitants and passers by recourse to consideration of the relationship betweeen publicity and privacy, within a framework of form and function. As I imagine to be the case with the photographer's eyes, and indeed the lens of her particular camera, not to mention the internet medium, (and I am not referring here to Microsoft branding), windows are indeed fascinating. After seeing these pictures, I think it should be "Every picture of every window tells a story". Thank you so very very much.
