The tautological title cleverly exposes the socio-economic underpinnings of romance as a commodified reification of post-lapsarian Western, and now Eastern consumerism. The tree first presented an apple, in an Edenic landscape that eschewed sunshine for snow. Now it is something less tasty but equally attractive, at least to those easily tempted. Love. Cheap at half the price. :)
