great photos! (perhaps interesting: in roman times, in the colosseum used similar awnings to protect the spectators from the element. the 'velarium' stretched over the whole of the seating area)

Fantastic......A stadium in Vancouver had a dome the was held up by air pressure, but after being damaged by a storm it was replaced with a similar cover.
