As the river flowed onto the beach the current was very strong and deemed non swimmable. In the back ground you can see the para surfers going crazy on such a windy day. |

I think our boy is going to be a beach boy. We live on/near the beach in NZ but I have never seen him so happy as he was this holiday

In the background you can see a big fifth wheeler - my inlaws are still waiting on the stupid US shipping company to send theirs over. Its been three months so far after two " guaranteed arrival dates" which have passed :( Hopefully next time we are over we can spend some time in it with them |

Yesterday was a great day but no photos to show.
hubby and I headed up to the Redcliffe Peninsula to catch up with an old internet gaming mate. Gonz is heaps of fun and we stayed at his place for around 12 hours playing DOTA and watching Fur TV LOL.
Today however we jumped in the car and drove to the sunshine coast to spend 4 days holidaying with my inlaws in a beautiful beach cabin in Cotton Tree. On the way we popped into Kawana to see some other mates and their 4 children ( 4 and under) and to arrange to upcoming nights of accomodation there with them
