There was a huge bunch of lavender just swaying in the breeze, and as Nima walked off, I stopped to get a closer look

I loved this little stainglass window - it had a badly melted candle in view which obscured a clear shot of the window at every angle

This set could be quite deceiving if you weren't familiar with this historical artist community, located in Victoria, Australia. Montsalvat, in Eltham, was built in 1934 by artist Justus Jörgensen, with the help of many friends and fellow artists. A trained architect, Jorgensen built the property in the style and feel of Provence. To this day, it is still an active artists' community, and a great place to explore photographic styles and skills. These pieces are very amateurish, but hopefully as my skill develops, I'll be able to take even better photographs of this beautiful place.
