I quite like #1, #2, #3. Might be off topic but What is Gauguin saying? I don't understand the second sentence, or how it relates to the first. It does sound nice though. But what does he mean?

I love the way you took a word, drew out its meanings and our perception about the meaning and then allowed the word to grow visually. To tremble is but a whisper compared to other movements—beautiful photos accompanying this "still small voice."

1 and 2 are delightful and then when I see gaugin mentioned there instantly comes from them, in my mind, an evocation of his paintings; the colour and 'design'.. this does seem to prove his point. ?:o)
