Though, I will mention that KFC is found all over China, along with McDonald's, Starbucks, Subway, Haagen Daz and a number of other of our finest dining establishments.

Shopping kiosks in the Old City. Don't even think of asking a price unless you are remotely interested in buying. Comparison shopping is almost impossible but bargaining is a hoot once you get used to it.
