hehe - no kitchen sink?? i used to love wandering around antique stores as a kid - these remind me of all the 'treasures' i would see. i probably would have bought one of those chickens. i went through a chicken phase... :-)

To answer your question: I think it is Laurel, But I could be wrong. I think this because he was like the lead of the two, thus, my reasoning for why I think that his name.

How sad, someone died and no one wanted to inherit (or was left to inherit) their rooster collection that they probably loved dearly. There is probably a story to go with each rooster. I love antique stores/ flea markets and what not. One of the few types of stores I like.

I hate they didn't have much at the auction but it sounds like you two had a good time. The photo of the glasses is my favorite.
