Last week I was moving the good wine selection to a new place where it is cooler (that's the not for drinking every day selection!) and I came across this bottle that is 30 years old.

Someone I cherish - and who sometimes looks at this blog - is 30 today - so this is a Happy Birthday to the owner of the bottle...

Thanks for rectifying that Robert, I was going to put something there, because misunderstandings are just too embarassing! I got this bottle in Auchan in Boulogne in the "very rare" section! YOu got me much more interesting gift for my brithday yesterday!! That said, I don't know when I will open this bottle, I have been keeping it preciously, maybe in a few years time (when it will have gone off) I will make vinegar out of it!
