To Brixton for a Rockfort evening with a line of up France's finest musical exports including the inimitable Green Drummers.
Green Drummers were on excellent form I can report and resplendent in a stunning new dress.
It was a great set - and I also eljoyed Vanessa and the O's who played afterwards,

Then it was back to Angel and Masala Zone (a sort of Indian version of Wagamama) and a splended Thali.

A really good evening!

wow! great report!! that sound a great night...greedrummers looks more relieved on the last pic, with his charming smile she surely light the fire! Fortunately there is an emergency exit behind her!

Looks like Greendrummers survived the gig just fine, with a little help from her friends. I hope the even was enjoyed by all?

No.5 I like it, lyrics on a beer crate - save the band from having to make a mad dash for the bar after their set, they had it with them... :-)

No.6, 7, 8... Is it a deliberate bit of incongruousness, or just a happy co-incidence, the size of the keyboard stand for Claude's little Casio - if it was any bigger (or the Casio a hair smaller) there would be a serious problem.

I'm sure if Neil is going to get Claude to take some pictures I'm sure there are going to be some great arty shot, she has a flair for finding an unusual viewpoint, it's just she has problems with manuals... I'm sure Neil knows that and briefed her thoroughly ;-)

In No.17, the last one, that's the biggest, almost evil, grin I've seen on Claude - what is that in the glass?
