It has been a while now since Claude moved to Wales. And now I am looking for a new house-mate.

Considerate and tidy housemate wanted to share a small, modern house situated in a quiet mews. Good sized kitchen, lounge, conservatory (lovely space) and toilet downstairs and two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Convenient for transport, off-street parking space.

The double bedroom is spacious (12ft 6 x9 feet) and light - with a good-size built-in cupboard. Can be either furnished or unfurnished.

And as for the house-mate who is already there - well .....!!!
