Broadway Market. A bright summer day, the new extension is open. The place is packed - the coffee queue was long enough for several goes at flowers in the next stall. And, the Market was holding it's first ever fashion parade with selections from the many clothing stalls that mingle with the bakery, butchers, craft, fruit and - for me most important, cheese stalls! and then there is the scotch egg man - but I've been banned from them. Oh la la la!
Lots of musicians around too - it is a really nice thing to do on a Saturday - potter around and soak up the atmosphere!

you've been banned from the scotch egg man?? bad behavior or specific diet?? very cool set, the variety of the fashion show is intriguing to me. I'll take 4 pirate costumes and a maxi dress in green please

Scotch eggs! And no pictures of them??! Well I have to ask about the size. YEARS ago I came across a recipe for them and they have become an expected part of any holiday breakfast. I've never seen them served any place in this country but I have heard that mine are 'bigger' than what you find in Europe. Mine are about like a tennis ball... boiled egg inside, seasoned sausage wrapped around the egg, the entire thing rolled in bread crumbs and baked to a crispy brown. NOW... please tell me about yours? And what a great walk about town... beautiful poppy heads, and wouldn't I just kill for a butt like the young lady in 19! :-)

No more scotch eggs!! Boohoo! Never mind, surely they can't be that nice if they are deep-fried in old fat. Brrr. Great show, I was going to ask where the clothes came from but I got my answer! How original and nice to do a fashion show! (it needs a few more weird clothes though, it is all too street like, the kids are the smartest to my taste!)
