I don't actually know what a reversing ring is, but you must be using it well. I really like the results that you've gotten. I love the vibrancy of the first one and I think the last one is awesome! :)

You're doing a great job with what you have! I'm in the same boat, I'm using a $30 close-up filter for my macros, but would really love a proper macro lens!

Great shots, like what you have done here. Love the softness of the shots, just wonderful! I to would like a macro lens, but they are rather expensive, so i got myself a set of macro rings which are a lot cheaper and work great too...............once you get used to using them ;-)

Wow ! Very effective, beautiful macro, fabulous with the black background. I am not sure the result would have been better with a proper macro lens !

that is a very nice set roger , i have not used any reverse adapter , or macro bellows , it is hard to used them when the subject is moving..i do have tamron macro lens , but not that close-up when i used it...a macro bellow would be nice on details since it can magnify the subject..anyway i like the bokeh..it has a soft tone in it.. best wishes , rob
