Stepped out of bed, nice on time today, a rarity on Monday morning (and any other day of the week) for me.
Had enough time for a leisurely breakfast, to say goodbye to Tonia in a pleasant manner, to drive to work without stress ...
just for one thing I took NO time ...
a relaxed visit to the the toilet !!

So, if you'll would excuse me now ...
it is rather urgent!
