Today I have shared lunch and great moments with someone very dear to me.

Our meal:
Pigs carpaccio with rocket salad and truffle oil.
Grilled Catfish with arugula salad, flowers, mashed potatoes, and chabils sauce.
Shortbread pastry filled with cream of vanilla, and lemon. On top fresh strawberries and mint leaves. Berries sorbet, (green) = cream of mint with lemon balm.
Coffee with homemade cakes and sweets.

Mmm, those puddings looks sooo delicious! :-)

This must have been a very, very special friend to share such a lovely meal with. Wow - so delicious looking and well captured. I would love to now what the different food dishes are - especially #1 and #4!!!! So glad it was a good tme. If ever in Belgium - I want to eat here.

Those mini desserts for me! How was the custardy cream flavored in 4? Nasturtium and violet petals? So pretty!

hmmm, ziet er verdomd lekker uit.... maar kzou nu toch geen hap meer binnenkrijgen... juist terug van een seizoensafsluit BBQ op de markt pffff, ze kunnen me rollen denk ik ;o)
