During the National Folk Festival 2008, I came to know Mike Compton the mandolin player & love his music. Didn't realise then that he's a multi Grammy Award winner & is famous for his song 'Man of Constant Sorrow' in the film 'Oh Brother Where Art Thou?'
The shots were taken under very low red stage lighting, so i had to set my Canon 20D with 28mm-200mm zoom lens at a slow shutter speed of 1/40th, while the ISO was pushed to 1600 - no flash.
